Terms of Sale
GENERAL TERMS OF SALE: Goods are shipped at Customer's risk even if sold free at destination.
2) Unless expressly agreed upon, all prices are ex works.
3) Direct remittance payments are intended to be made within the maximum period of 30 days from the date of invoice.
4) Unauthorized discounts and rounding will not be accepted.
5) By signing this document, all MICROSISTEMI INDUSTRIALE srl Terms and Conditions of Sale are considered to be approved.
6) The goods shall remain the property of MICROSISTEMI INDUSTRIALE ltd. until paid in full.
7) In the event of non-payment, late payment interest will be charged on the sums due at the rate charged by the Banks for promissory discount. However, MICROSISTEMI INDUSTRIALE srl retains the unquestionable right, in the case of goods not paid within the terms established by the relevant shipping documents, to demand their immediate return with transportation charges to be paid by the insolvent recipients/customers.
8) Faults, defects and / or lack of quality of the goods must be exclusively reported in writing at the headquarters of MICROSISTEMI INDUSTRIALE srl in the mandatory period of 8 (eight) days, art. 1495 Civil Code. If said defects, faults and/or lack of quality are ascertained, MICROSISTEMI INDUSTRIALE srl will replace the defective goods. In any case, with immediate effect, the buyer expressly waives the right to compensation for any further damages incurred as a result of the use of the goods (for expenses, with no exceptions, for loss of earnings, for production/installation costs, etc.).
9) Any returns must be authorized in writing and no return of goods will be accepted without prior authorization.
10) Any products that are found to meet MICROSISTEMI INDUSTRIALE srl's standard specifications will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.
11) We consider your personal data to be accurate under your responsibility unless stated otherwise, as required by Legislative Decree 472 of 1997.
12) For any dispute, the judicial authority of the court of Rimini/Italy shall have jurisdiction.
